This simple dipping sauce will be the perfect accompaniment to any sushi recipe - soy is flavoured with spicy chilli and tangy lime to create a wonderfully balanced dipping sauce. It's dead easy, too.
- 100ml soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
- 2 spring onions
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
Slice the chilli in half and remove the seeds with the back of your knife. Finely dice the flesh. Slice the spring onions as thinly as you can.
In a small bowl, combine the soy, chilli, spring onios, lime zest and lime juice.
