This simple Chinese-inspired sauce is great as either a dipping sauce for spring rolls, or for serving with stir-fried chicken and vegetables. Use more or less sugar depending on your personal taste.
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thorougly.
If used for dipping, serve in a ramekin or small bowl at room temperature.
