- 1 rainbow trout, halved lengthways, head and tail removed, scaled and boned
- ½ tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ½ tsp. sweet paprika
Preheat the oven to 180C and place the fish onto foil.
Mix the syrup and mustard together and spread over the fish.
Sprinkle the fish with the curry powder and the paprika.
Wrap the fish loosely in the tin foil and place onto a baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is flaking.
