- 225g plain flour
- 125g strawberry yoghurt
- 50g butter
- 2 dstsp. baking powder
Preheat the oven to 220C and grease and line a baking tray.
Sift the flour and baking powder together in a large bowl.
Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the strawberry yoghurt and mix until you have a soft dough.
Roll the dough out or pat it down to 3cm in thickness and then cut 12 scones from the dough.
Bake the scones for 10 minutes or until golden and risen.
