Looking for something to pep up your regular tuna salad? This recipe combines some spicy sushi flavours, such as wasabi and pickled ginger, to create a simple salad perfect for serving with greens or on white bread.
- 1 x 175g tin tuna in brine, drained, any bones removed
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp. finely chopped ginger
1. In a bowl, combine the tuna with wasabi, onion and ginger. Add mayonnaise and stir until combined. Use more or less mayonnaise to taste.
