Read on for a list of sweet crudités that you can serve with sweet chocolate or caramel fondues.
- 5 strawberries
- 2 bananas
- Handful of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- Handful of grapes
- Handful of pretzels
- 2 croissants
- 2 pain au chocolats
For the strawberries, chop them in half and remove the stalks.
For the bananas, peel them and chop them into large chunks.
For the mixed berries, simply remove any exterior leaves or stalks and skewer them.
For the grapes, make sure you use seedless grapes and skewer them.
With the pretzels, simply dip them into the fondue.
With the croissants, rip one into pieces and skewer the pieces. With the other croissant, rip it into pieces and drizzle the chunks with olive oil. Place under the grill until browned. Do the same with the pain au chocolats.
