- 1kg swordfish steaks, boned and skinless
- 285g mango chutney
- 110ml dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Place the swordfish steaks into a baking dish. In a bowl, combine the mango chutney, sherry, ginger, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper. Pour over the steaks, turning them to coat in the mixture.
Cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the steaks in the oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.
