Scallops make for a deliciously special dinner party meal, and stuffing them with 1 slice of truffle makes them even more special. If you cannot get hold of fresh truffle, try cooking them in truffle oil instead.
- 4 large scallops
- 4 slices fresh black truffle
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. oil
Make a deep slice in the truffle to about halfway through. Stuff the truffle slice into the sliced scallop.
Melt the butter and oil together. Once foamy, add the scallops and cook for 1 minute on either side or until cooked to your liking.
