In this easy peasy recipe, fresh tuna steaks are cooked and then tossed with rice noodles, wasabi paste, soy sauce and lemon juice. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and less than 15 minutes to cook.
- 150g cooked rice noodles
- 2 x 150g tuna steaks, all bones removed
- 4 spring onions
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste
Heat a griddle pan to high. Once hot, char the tuna steaks for 2-4 minutes on either side until cooked to your liking.
Thinly slice the spring onions. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, then toss with the lemon juice, soy sauce, wasabi paste, sliced spring onions and spinach leaves. Thinly slice the tuna and serve on top of the noodles.
