Frozen vanilla yoghurt makes a delicious and healthy alternative to vanilla ice cream - garnish with some fresh berries or sprinkle with some chopped nuts to serve.
- 500g low fat natural yoghurt
- 250ml vanilla soy milk or regular milk
- 1 tsp. - 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp. runny honey
- 1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
Whisk together the yoghurt, milk, vanilla, honey and oil until as smooth as possible.
Churn according to manufacturer's instructions, or pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through the freezing time. Leave out of the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
