This warm artichoke dip is perfect for serving up on a cold winter evening - warm, bubbling and hearty, this deeply savoury dip will please any crowd.
- 1 x 400g jar artichoke hearts in oil, drained
- 200g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp. each mayonnaise and soured cream
- 1 garlic clove
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
Roughly chop the artichoke hearts. Mince the garlic clove. Preheat the oven to 160C.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, soured cream and garlic clove until smooth. Add the artichoke hearts and stir to combine along with half of the parmesan cheese. Put the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the dip with the rest of the parmesan cheese. Bake the dip for half an hour or until warmed through.
