Sneaky White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies recipe

Preparation Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Blueberries are enclosed in a sneaky white chocolate cookie dough - flavoured and sweetened with condensed milk! Delish, very sweet and very, very moreish - you won't be able to stop eating these cookies!

  • 225g butter
  • 225g caster sugar
  • 375g self-raising flour
  • 170g condensed milk
  • 150g white chocolate chunks
  • 175g blueberries
  • Extra flour to dust

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Cream butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy. Beat in the condensed milk. Sift in flour and stir until just combined. Fold in white choc chunks and the blueberries. Take small handfuls of the dough and flatten, using well floured hands.

  3. Place onto baking trays and bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden. Cookies will be soft in the middle.

If you like crunchier cookies, bake at a lower temperature for a longer time - around 160C for 30 minutes. Recipe makes around 24 cookies.
